We are an established

The company was
set up ten years ago by two locally based cooks, Sophia Kinmont from
Cirencester who was trained at the Cordon Bleu school at Winkfield
and Lavinia Unwin from Malmesbury who was trained at the Bouquet
Garni in London. Between us we have many years experience –
from directors dining rooms in the City of London, restaurant work,
private houses and lodges in Scotland. Latterly we have
concentrated on Weddings and large parties in Gloucestershire and
Wiltshire and the surrounding counties. We have catered for up to
350 guests but the usual number is around 100 - 150.
All our food is freshly prepared from
local suppliers and we are very happy to source organic produce if
needed. Every menu is carefully chosen in close contact with the
client, so the food can compliment the wines chosen to accompany the
food.
We provide waiting staff and can
supply anything else you may need such as linen, china,
glassware, refrigeration etc. A full drinks service is
available or you can provide your own and we will serve it.
